On is a rapidly growing global sports company reshaping the product landscape and supply chain. As the Senior Lead of Footwear Production Quality based in Indonesia, you will be the main point of contact between On and key manufacturing partners. You are responsible for developing and maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, overseeing the commercialization process from samples to bulk production, and ensuring high-quality standards across the supply chain. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a push for excellence. You will lead continuous improvement projects at manufacturing sites, promote lean and automated production, and conduct monthly business reviews. You will balance creativity with organization to facilitate growth in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and maintain trusting relationships with key manufacturing partners; Oversee order delivery and product quality inspections; Oversee the commercialization process from samples to bulk production; Lead continuous improvement projects at manufacturing partners' sites; Lead and follow up with monthly business reviews.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 05 years of footwear experience in production management & people management; Strong commitment to the company’s vision and results-oriented; Capability to persuade internal and external cross-functional teams; Highly attentive to detail, function, and quality; Strong understanding of product-driven companies.
