As the Senior Lead of Footwear Production Quality based in Indonesia, you will be the main point of contact between On and key manufacturing partners. You are responsible for developing and maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, overseeing the commercialization process from samples to bulk production, and ensuring high-quality standards across the supply chain. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a push for excellence. You will lead continuous improvement projects at manufacturing sites, promote lean and automated production, and conduct monthly business reviews.
