Gandia Villages is a fast-growing property development and property management company based in Bali. We develop premium villas, manage long-term rental properties, and work with international investors through several PMA companies. Our objective is to build a highly efficient finance department that supports the company's sustainable growth. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who will take full ownership of the Finance, Accounting and Tax Department. This is not a routine accounting position. We are looking for a professional capable of building systems, creating procedures, improving financial controls and becoming a strategic partner for management. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the complete financial operation of the company, including accounting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, payroll administration, BPJS compliance and financial reporting. The successful candidate will organize and lead the Finance Department, implement internal controls, improve financial processes and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations while supporting the company's long-term financial strategy. Manage the complete accounting cycle. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing. Supervise Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger. Perform bank reconciliations and financial controls. Monitor company cash flow and liquidity. Prepare financial forecasts and annual budgets. Develop management reports and financial KPIs. Prepare and submit all Indonesian tax obligations accurately and on time.
