Senior Finance and Accounting Manager

About the role Asaba Group is seeking a Senior Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in overseeing the financial and accounting operations of the organization. As Senior Finance and Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and the overall accounting function. This role is crucial to ensuring the financial health and integrity of Asaba Group, whilst providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making at the highest levels.

What you'll be doing Overseeing the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Providing strategic financial advice to support business decisions. Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals Leading month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.

Collaborating with internal and external auditors during audits. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of effective financial controls and procedures Developing and implementing internal controls to improve financial processes.

What we're looking for : At least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as Senior Finance and Accounting Manager , Accounting Manager or same position.
