Senior E-commerce & Ads Specialist

Job Qualifications Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Management, or Digital Advertising, with at least 2 years in the same company .

Proven experience managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada , and other major e-commerce platforms. Must have successfully managed e-commerce stores generating GMV of Rp5–10 billion per month. Proven track record of managing stores with monthly GMV in the billions of rupiah .

Strong experience in planning, executing, and optimizing TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads , and marketplace advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, campaign strategies, product ranking, traffic generation, and conversion optimization. Experienced in creating and executing promotional campaigns such as Double Date Campaigns, Flash Sale, Live Shopping, Voucher Campaigns, and Affiliate Programs .

Experience communicating and coordinating with TikTok Relationship Manager (RM/KAM) and marketplace account managers is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports, advertising performance, customer behavior, and business insights. Experienced in managing advertising budgets and optimizing KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and Traffic Growth .

Experienced in leading and developing cross-functional teams including Marketplace Admin, Ads Specialist, Live Host, Customer Service, Creative, and Content teams. Able to work under pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets.
