Juara Holding Group is a Bali-based luxury travel and hospitality group managing several premium brands across Indonesia. Our business includes bespoke Indonesia journeys, Komodo luxury cruises, Bali premium trips, luxury villa experiences, and other high-value travel services for international and premium guests. We are a fast-moving, AI-first, and design-led company. As the group continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager (Cross-Brand) to build and strengthen our commercial system across multiple brands.

About the Role This role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for building JHG’s cross-brand commercial engine. This role will lead commercial coordination across multiple brands, improve cross-sell and up-sell performance, strengthen CRM and commercial reporting, convert single-brand leads into bundled bookings, and support the development of new premium travel circuits across Indonesia.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can combine commercial leadership, system-building, data discipline, travel industry knowledge, and strong emotional maturity. Key Responsibilities Lead, review, and coach cross-brand commercial and customer relations functions.

Build and manage cross-sell and up-sell systems across multiple JHG brands. Improve conversion from paid-ad and digital leads into higher-value bookings. Develop commercial dashboards, KPI tracking, CRM discipline, and regular reporting.
