Sparks Sports Academy - SEVEN Retail Group is seeking an experienced Senior Coach to lead the coaching team in Makassar. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional coaching standards, managing center operations, and providing outstanding customer experiences. The Senior Coach will mentor other coaches, handle manpower planning and scheduling, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture while ensuring safety and operational excellence.
Tanggung jawab: Lead, supervise, and develop the coaching team; Manage coach schedules, class allocations, and manpower planning; Ensure smooth day-to-day center operations and administrative processes; Monitor class quality, coach performance, and customer satisfaction; Prepare regular operational and performance reports; Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture; Deliver exceptional experiences for students, parents, and customers; Coach, mentor, and support team members; Ensure adherence to safety, safeguarding, and operational standards; Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
