Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound sales activities.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal pitches to showcase the company’s services and capabilities. Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing and advertising solutions. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and partnership opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract signing and onboarding. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Work closely with Account Management, Creative, Media Buying, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
Develop strategic partnerships with brands, vendors, media partners, and industry stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums when required. Benefits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition , preferably within an Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Media Agency, or E-commerce company .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media marketing, paid advertising, influencer marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and website solutions.
- Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and develop customized marketing solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
