SENIOR AREA MANAGER (for Retail F&B) Coverage Area: Bali and East Indonesia Based requirement: Bali As Senior Area Manager you will oversee designated areas of Boost Juice Bars outlets and ensure that high-quality store operations are maintained, consistently delivering outstanding and friendly customer service, leading and empowering outlet team members through a positive VIBE approach, and maximizing financial contribution. Overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and managing personnel across multiple branches in the region. This position also serves as a liaison between the Support Office team and field team members, ensuring the efficient and timely implementation of systems, procedures, and programs. Responsibilities: Oversee team performance are up to the standard. Maintain and oversee daily store operations to ensure optimal performance. Develop and implement regional strategies to hit sales targets, maximize profitability, and manage budgets/P&L (Profit & Loss) for all locations in the area. Financial Control and Management by ensuring all financial transaction and administration following the SOP. Monitor supply chains, oversee stock control, and optimize operational costs to prevent waste and inefficiencies and the process following the SOP. Coaching and lead the Team & People Development to optimize sales perfomance, team performance and store perfomance. Collaborate with all stake holder to ensure the operation running smooth. Contribute positive effectively as a member of the team with fairness and proffesional leadership.
