PT. Bamboo Lab Architect yang berpusat di Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat, merupakan biro arsitektur yang berdedikasi menciptakan solusi desain yang berkelanjutan dan responsif terhadap konteks lingkungan. Sebagai Senior Architect, Anda akan memimpin proses desain arsitektur dari konsep hingga penyelesaian, memastikan seluruh proyek memenuhi standar keunggulan desain dan persyaratan klien. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengembangan serta presentasi konsep arsitektur dan proposal desain kepada klien, pemangku kepentingan, dan tim internal, serta mengawasi arsitek junior dan staf desain dengan memberikan bimbingan dan pengendalian mutu. Peran ini juga mencakup pelaksanaan analisis situs, studi kelayakan, penyusunan gambar kerja detail, kolaborasi dengan tim multidisiplin seperti insinyur dan kontraktor, serta pengelolaan anggaran dan sumber daya proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Leading the architectural design process from concept through to completion, ensuring all projects meet design excellence standards and client requirements; Developing and presenting architectural concepts and design proposals to clients, stakeholders and internal teams; Overseeing junior architects and design staff, providing mentorship, guidance and quality control throughout project delivery; Conducting site analysis and feasibility studies to inform architectural solutions and project planning; Preparing detailed architectural drawings, specifications and technical documentation in compliance with building codes and regulations; Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors and consultants to ensure integrated design delivery; Managing project budgets, timelines and resources to ensure efficient and profitable project completion; Staying current with architectural trends, sustainable design practices and emerging technologies to enhance project innovation; Ensuring compliance with local building regulations, environmental standards and planning requirements; Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service delivery.
Kualifikasi: 8+ years of professional architectural experience, with substantial experience in senior or lead design roles; Professional architectural qualification and registration (recognized architecture degree or equivalent qualification); Proven expertise in residential, commercial or mixed-use project design and delivery; Strong proficiency with industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Grasshopper, or similar BIM platforms; Excellent knowledge of building codes, planning regulations and construction practices relevant to Indonesia; Demonstrated experience in project management, budget control and team leadership; Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects that demonstrate design quality and innovative thinking; Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and teams; Experience in sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices; Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking with attention to detail; Preferred experience working on hospitality projects in tropical climates or similar regional contexts.
