Posisi Senior AI & Automation Engineer ini bersifat hands-on, di mana Anda akan bertanggung jawab merancang, membangun, mengimplementasikan, dan memelihara solusi AI serta otomatisasi. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan berbagai departemen untuk mengidentifikasi alur kerja yang dapat diotomatisasi, menyusun peta jalan (roadmap) otomatisasi perusahaan, serta memastikan solusi yang dibangun aman, terukur, dan memberikan dampak bisnis yang nyata.
Tanggung jawab: Map important workflows, recurring tasks, bottlenecks, and manual effort with each department; Assess, identify, and prioritize automation opportunities; Build and maintain a company-wide AI and automation roadmap; Translate priority opportunities into requirements, technical solutions, and implementation plans; Design, test, integrate, deploy, document, monitor, and continuously improve AI and automation solutions; Set practical standards for data security, access, and responsible AI use; Train users, support adoption, and coordinate project contributors.
Kualifikasi: Proven experience leading cross-functional process improvement and AI/automation projects from discovery through rollout; Professional experience in AI/automation engineering or software development; Strong programming skills and a track record of building and maintaining production software; Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, databases, automation platforms, and AI services, including LLMs; Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate business needs into clear technical requirements; Exceptional judgment on data security, responsible AI use, reliability, and long-term maintainability; Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and explain technical choices to non-technical colleagues; Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
