Main Responsibilities: Execute and optimize daily ads across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, and Marketplaces). Manage advertising budget to achieve monthly sales targets and KPI goals.
Analyze campaign data and perform A/B testing to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad contents are high-performing. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing Proven experience managing large-scale advertising budgets and revenue driven campaigns
Strong expertise in platform such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads. Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution models and conversion tracking Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data driven strategic decisions
Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys and conversion optimization Experience conducting advanced campaign optimization, creative testing and caimpaign scaling Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
