Tamora Padel Club, perusahaan pengembang olahraga padel yang sedang berkembang pesat di Indonesia dengan fasilitas kelas dunia, mencari Chief Accountant yang bertempat di Tangerang, BSD. Perusahaan berfokus membangun komunitas olahraga yang aktif dan loyal dengan standar pelayanan perhotelan yang tinggi. Posisi ini memegang kendali penuh atas seluruh operasional keuangan klub, termasuk pembukuan (bookkeeping), manajemen arus kas, penggajian (payroll), serta pelaporan keuangan berkala. Anda bertindak sebagai individu teliti dan terorganisir yang mampu menyajikan laporan akurat, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi serta perpajakan lokal, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen melalui wawasan berbasis data.
Tanggung jawab: Achieves and exceeds grinders, including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc; Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work; Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines; Ensures profits and losses are documented accurately; Monitors all taxes that apply, ensuring that taxes are current, collected and/or accrued; Maintains a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets; Completes period-end functions each period; Provides direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures, and efficient control and utilization of financial resources.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, sports club, or F&B business; Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and local financial regulations; Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Accurate, or similar); Experience in Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency preferred; High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy; Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; Employment type: Full-time; Location: Tangerang, BSD, Indonesia (on-site).
