
Security Operations Coordinator (Subcontractor & Facility)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Role and Responsibilities Establish and implement security standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements Coordinate, schedule, and assign duties to outsourced security personnel, ensuring effective execution of daily operations
Monitor and supervise CCTV, access control systems, and other physical security technologies Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and coordinate maintenance or replacement when required Handle incidents, disruptions, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring proper escalation and reporting
Maintain accurate operational records and prepare routine reports (personnel, incidents, equipment, and operational activities) Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Manage estimation, bidding, negotiation, and budgeting for security subcontractor services and operational needs
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role ( mandatory )
Advanced English proficiency ( mandatory ) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Able to perform well under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
