Security Manager

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in warehousing or logistics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards across all company facilities. - Manage daily security operations, including security personnel, access control, CCTV, patrols, and visitor management. - Protect company assets, inventory, facilities, and employees by preventing theft, fraud, and security incidents. - Conduct security risk assessments, investigations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. - Lead emergency response and coordinate with relevant authorities when necessary. - Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and customer security requirements. - Prepare security reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend continuous improvements. - Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance and professionalism. - Collaborate with the HR Head on employee disciplinary cases, workplace investigations, and security awareness programs.
