Security Guard akan bergabung dengan tim pembuka untuk bar rum premium baru di Seminyak. Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga lingkungan yang aman, terjamin, dan nyaman bagi tamu serta staf selama jam operasional. Petugas keamanan diharapkan mampu menangani masalah keamanan dengan tenang dan profesional. Tugas utama meliputi pemantauan area, penanganan tamu yang mabuk atau mengganggu, pencegahan konflik, serta koordinasi dengan manajemen saat terjadi situasi sulit. Keamanan dan kenyamanan tamu serta staf menjadi prioritas utama dalam menjalankan tugas sehari-hari.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor guests and the venue during operating hours to maintain a safe and orderly environment; Handle situations involving intoxicated or disruptive guests calmly and professionally; Prevent and manage conflicts, disturbances, or aggressive behavior within the venue; Assist the team in controlling guest entry and exit when necessary; Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies; Monitor the venue for potential safety or security risks and report concerns to management; Coordinate closely with the management and service team when handling difficult guest situations.
Kualifikasi: Valid Security Certification (Gada Pratama or equivalent) is required; Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; Previous experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a bar, nightclub, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment; Experience handling intoxicated, difficult, or disruptive guests is highly preferred.
