Peran ini bertanggung jawab mengelola operasional keamanan di area perkebunan, pertambangan, atau kehutanan yang terpencil. Fokus utama mencakup manajemen risiko keamanan, pengawasan personel, serta koordinasi dengan pihak eksternal seperti TNI/Polri dan masyarakat setempat.
Tanggung jawab: Managing security operations across large-area plantations or remote site environments; Managing and supervising security personnel and field operations; Coordinate effectively with Plantation Management, HR, HSE, Operations, local authorities, TNI/Polri, contractors, and community leaders; Managing security risks related to company assets, heavy equipment, plantation operations, transportation routes, and surrounding communities.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations; Preferably in plantation, mining, forestry, or other remote site environments; Minimum experience at Supervisor or equivalent management level; Former TNI/Polri personnel at Mid-Ranking Officer (Perwira Menengah/Pamen) level or equivalent; Strong understanding of security risk management, security SOPs, access control, patrol systems, incident handling, and emergency response; Physically fit, mentally resilient, and willing to be placed in a remote plantation area.
