The Section Head of Commercial Data (Export-Import) manages complex logistics and commercial processes. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of end-to-end export and import operations, including air and sea freight, customs clearance, and warehousing. The Section Head will oversee commercial data, negotiate with international clients, vendors, and freight forwarders, and ensure compliance with regulations such as BPOM and Quarantine. Strong analytical skills are essential for managing pricing, costing, and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth supply chain performance.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial within export–import logistics; At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role; Strong understanding of end-to-end export & import processes (air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, trucking, warehousing, BPOM, Quarantine); Strong knowledge of: Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) and Freight pricing & costing (sea, air, land); Fluent in English (spoken and written); Having good communication and willing to work in a team; Excellent negotiation and communication skills, especially with international clients, vendors, and freight forwarders; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; Willing to be placed in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara.
