Science Teacher berperan penting dalam menginspirasi para siswa serta menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan menyenangkan di dalam kelas sains. Bergabung di lingkungan sekolah yang hangat, suportif, dan inovatif, posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk merencanakan, menyampaikan, serta mengevaluasi materi pelajaran sains sesuai kurikulum internasional yang berlaku. Guru sains bertugas menyampaikan konsep-konsep ilmiah yang kompleks melalui metode pengajaran yang interaktif dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital, mengelola perilaku dan partisipasi aktif siswa guna membangun suasana kelas yang kolaboratif dan penuh rasa hormat, serta menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan orang tua murid demi memantau perkembangan akademik siswa secara menyeluruh.
Tanggung jawab: Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in accordance with the Pearson Curriculum; Delivering clear and engaging lessons, using various teaching methods and technologies to help students understand complex scientific concepts; Creating and maintaining a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior, encouraging student participation, and fostering a respectful and collaborative atmosphere; Working together with other teachers, staff, and school leaders to enhance the overall learning experience and integrate interdisciplinary approaches to education; Communicating with parents and guardians about their student's progress, areas of strength, and areas that need improvement in science; Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development program.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics; Mastering international curriculum at least IGCSE standard/As Level (Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel); Proficiency in English at academic purpose level; Mastering standard science practicum procedures; Understand the use of digital technology related to the field; Teaching experience of at least 1 year in an international or national plus school.
