Starting with just 30 students, the school has experienced rapid growth, now serving over 3,000 students. Known as one of Indonesia's largest and fastest-growing preschools, Apple Tree Pre-School emphasizes nurturing young minds in a supportive and innovative learning environment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a School Principal based in Denpasar, Bali . The School Principal is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the preschool's academic, operational, and administrative functions. The Principal ensures the delivery of high-quality early childhood education, supports the professional growth of teachers, maintains a safe and nurturing learning environment, and builds strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community. The role also requires close collaboration with the Head Office to ensure the school's operations align with the organisation's standards, policies, and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the school's vision and strategic goals while fostering a positive and inclusive school culture. Ensure the curriculum meets early childhood education standards and supports student development. Provide instructional leadership by guiding and supporting teachers to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes. Oversee student discipline, behavior management, and support services to maintain a safe and nurturing environment. Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community through effective communication. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and prepare required reports. Develop and implement crisis and emergency response plans.
