Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school leadership role (e.g., Principal, Vice Principal, or Coordinator).
• Strong academic background with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of curriculum development, modern teaching methodologies, and educational best practices.
• MUST be fluent in English, both written and spoken ( Mandatory ).
• Fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
• Computer literate ( microsoft office, etc )
• A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their development.
• Highly self-disciplined, creative, flexible, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• WILLING TO BE BASED IN MEDAN
