Perusahaan kami sedang berada dalam fase persiapan Go-Live dan bertransisi ke tahap Dukungan Pasca Go-Live (Post Go-Live Support). Kami mengundang para profesional yang handal untuk bergabung bersama tim dan memegang peran penting dalam mendukung serta meningkatkan perjalanan transformasi SAP pada fase-fase krusial tersebut. Dalam posisi ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan dukungan dan pemeliharaan modul SAP SD & MM guna memastikan kinerja dan fungsionalitas sistem berjalan secara optimal. Tugas harian mencakup menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis, menerjemahkannya ke dalam solusi SAP yang efektif, serta merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengimplementasikan kustomisasi maupun peningkatan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis yang terus berkembang.
Tanggung jawab: Providing support and maintenance for our SAP SD & MM modules, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality; Analysing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions; Designing, developing, and implementing SAP customisations and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the business; Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to address any issues or bottlenecks; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and drive the adoption of SAP technologies; Providing training and mentorship to users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively leverage the SAP system; Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP developments, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our systems and processes; Support Go-Live and post Go-Live activities.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of SAP SD/MM experience for Functional Analysts, or participation in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementation projects for Specialists; Our company is currently in the Go-Live preparation phase and transitioning into Post Go-Live Support; Strong experience in SAP configuration, customization, and troubleshooting; Good understanding of SAP business processes and solution design; Experience in SAP implementation, Go-Live, and post Go-Live support is preferred; Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO) and travel to branch offices.
