Peran ini berfokus pada konfigurasi dan pemeliharaan modul inti SAP SD serta pengelolaan prosedur penetapan harga yang kompleks. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk memastikan kelancaran proses bisnis. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengaturan struktur perusahaan, data master pelanggan, jenis dokumen penjualan, pengiriman, dan penagihan. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan tim MM dan FICO untuk mengelola ketersediaan stok (ATP), penjadwalan pengiriman, hingga postingan penagihan ke GL. Selain itu, Anda bertanggung jawab menyiapkan Business Blueprints, spesifikasi fungsional, manual pengguna, serta menangani tiket operasional harian dan dukungan pasca-implementasi.
Tanggung jawab: Configure and maintain core SAP SD modules, including Enterprise Structure, Customer Master Data, Sales Document Types, Delivery Types, and Billing Types; Set up and manage complex pricing procedures, condition tables, access sequences, discounts, taxes, and rebates; Collaborate closely with MM and FICO teams to manage availability checks (ATP), delivery scheduling, goods issues, and billing-to-GL account postings; Prepare Business Blueprints, Functional Specifications, User Manuals, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during rollouts or enhancements; Resolve daily operational tickets, analyze shipping or pricing errors, and provide post-go-live support to end-users.
Kualifikasi: 3+ years of hands-on functional implementation and support experience in SAP SD; Proven involvement in at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementation projects (from preparation to post-go-live support); Familiarity with debugging errors, reading ABAP trace/dumps, and writing functional specs for custom SD enhancements (RICEF); Strong stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills; Professional fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field; Official SAP Associate Certification in SD is a strong advantage.
