PT Gistex Garmen Indonesia mencari seorang Sample Section Head yang berpengalaman untuk memimpin Departemen Sampel. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab mengawasi seluruh proses pengembangan sampel garmen, mulai dari prototipe awal hingga persetujuan sampel akhir, guna memastikan akurasi teknis, kualitas produk, dan efisiensi operasional. Kandidat akan berkoordinasi erat dengan tim Pattern Making, Technical, Merchandising, Quality Assurance, dan Produksi untuk memastikan sampel memenuhi spesifikasi pembeli internasional. Peran ini juga mencakup pemantauan jadwal pengembangan, pengembangan kemampuan tim melalui pelatihan, serta perbaikan proses untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan kecepatan waktu pengerjaan sampel.
Tanggung jawab: Lead, manage, and supervise all activities within the Sample Department, from initial prototype development to final sample approval; Oversee the development of prototype samples, fit samples, size sets, and pre-production samples; Ensure all samples comply with technical specifications, measurement requirements, construction standards, and buyer expectations; Coordinate closely with Pattern Making, Technical, Merchandising, Quality Assurance, and Production teams; Monitor sample development schedules, departmental productivity, quality performance, and resource utilization; Identify technical challenges and implement effective corrective and preventive actions; Improve sample development processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time; Develop team capabilities through coaching, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry, including supervisory or managerial experience in sample development; Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, sewing operations, fitting, measurement specifications, and quality standards; Experience handling sample development for international brands or buyers is highly preferred; Proficient in interpreting technical packages (tech packs), garment specifications, and buyer requirements; Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, planning, and team management skills; Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards; Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, will be an advantage.
