Posisi Sample Development – Garment berperan penting dalam mengoordinasikan seluruh tahapan pengembangan sampel pakaian di perusahaan manufaktur garmen. Peran ini mencakup koordinasi pemesanan bahan dan trim, pemantauan progres pembuatan sampel di Sample Room, serta kerja sama erat dengan tim CAD terkait pola, spesifikasi ukuran, dan penerimaan material.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Coordinate trim and fabric orders for sample development and fitting; 2. Follow up on sample development progress with the Sample Room to ensure timely completion; 3. Coordinate with the CAD team regarding patterns (PTTN), measurement specifications (MM), and material receipts before handing over materials to the Sample Room; 4. Follow up on RSL requirements and ensure timely completion of related processes; 5. Translate technical packages (TP) and handle email correspondence with the relevant teams, including RKL and RSL, for sample development coordination; 6. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the Sales Department, CAD team, and Sample Room to support sample development activities.
Kualifikasi: Able to communicate in English, both actively and passively; Japanese language proficiency (active and passive) is required for 2 position; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel; 1–2 years of working experience in the garment manufacturing industry; Good communication and coordination skills; Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
