Indesso membuka kesempatan bagi seorang Salesforce Developer penuh waktu untuk mengoptimalkan solusi Salesforce serta menerjemahkan berbagai kebutuhan bisnis ke dalam rancangan teknis yang handal. Perusahaan berfokus pada pengembangan sistem yang efektif guna mendukung kelancaran operasional dan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal di lingkungan kerja. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan, menyesuaikan, serta mengonfigurasi solusi pada platform Salesforce termasuk Sales Cloud dan Service Cloud. Tugas harian mencakup analisis kebutuhan bisnis, perancangan solusi yang skalabel, pengelolaan objek standar maupun kustom, pembuatan komponen Apex, hingga integrasi sistem dengan platform pihak ketiga seperti API, middleware, dan sistem enterprise lainnya.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, customize, and configure solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud); Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce-based solutions; Standard and custom objects; Workflows, Process Builder, and Flow automation; Apex components (triggers, classes, and batch processes); Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components; Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as APIs, middleware platforms, SAP, and other enterprise applications; Perform system testing, including unit testing, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and perform bug fixes for CRM applications; Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation; Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery; Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Salesforce functionality and user experience; Develop and maintain Salesforce features, including:.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or a similar role; Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform and CRM fundamentals; Proficient in Apex Programming, SOQL, and SOSL; Good understanding of Salesforce data models, including objects and relationships; Familiar with Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules; Experienced in Workflow, Process Automation, and Salesforce Flow; Proven experience handling end-to-end project implementation, from requirement gathering to deployment and support; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions; Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, particularly with IT, Sales, and business stakeholders; Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills; Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform Developer certification is an advantage; Placement in Head Office, Cideng, Tanah Abang area, Central Jakarta.
