As a Technology Strategist for Strategic Accounts in Indonesia, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to Apple's key enterprise customers in Southeast Asia. You will work closely with business and technology leaders to translate organizational ambitions into clear technical visions, architectures, and adoption roadmaps. This role requires a blend of enterprise architecture expertise, executive advisory skills, and hands-on technical leadership to help customers modernize their environments and create secure, scalable experiences using Apple platforms.
Tanggung jawab: Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, enterprise architects, and senior business leaders.; Help customers define a multi-year technical vision connecting business ambition with enterprise architecture, operating models, and investment priorities.; Assess customer technology landscapes across identity, security, device management, networking, cloud services, applications, data, AI, and support operations.; Translate assessments into practical roadmaps identifying architectural dependencies, integration requirements, technical debt, and security considerations.; Develop reference architectures and integration patterns for Apple platforms within complex, heterogeneous enterprise environments.; Apply well-architected principles covering security, privacy, reliability, resilience, operational excellence, performance, cost optimization, and sustainability.; Help customers rationalize technology and application portfolios based on business value, risk, user experience, and total cost of ownership.; Lead executive briefings, technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, pilots, and design reviews.; Demystify complex and emerging technologies, including AI, for both technical and non-technical stakeholders..
