Perusahaan mencari Sales Team Leader yang dinamis dan berorientasi pada target untuk memimpin tim penjualan di wilayah Jabodetabek dan Jawa Barat. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat, pengalaman penjualan yang terbukti, serta semangat tinggi dalam industri otomotif. Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam menyusun strategi penjualan, akuisisi pelanggan, serta mengelola wilayah kerja untuk mencapai target perusahaan.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the automotive industry; Minimum 1 year of experience as Sales Team Leader / Sales Supervisor or similar leadership role; Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team; Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Good understanding of sales strategy, customer acquisition, and territory management; Target-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and able to work under pressure; Willing to conduct frequent field visits within Jabodetabek & Jawa Barat; Possess a valid SIM A/C and own vehicle is preferred; Mandarin proficiency is a plus; Willing to be based in Jabodetabek / Jawa Barat.
