Sales Support Staff

General requirement : Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (prefered) or equal. At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Proactive, Initiative, and Teamwork mentality. Applicants must be willing to be placed at Delta Silicon 3, Cikarang. Ready to join soonest (in Aug 2026).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Review & process various types of order from customer Carry out all sales administration processes such as follow-up/receiving POs from customers, coordinating with customers regarding delivery locations and schedules, etc.

Help with sales & answering question about products & services by customers. Manage relationships with customers & respond to customer needs. Compile a daily list of sales prospects.

Coordination with related internal parties such as with Order Process, Finance and Production. Other jobs according to the scope of sales support. Skill :
