Sales Supervisor Placement across Indonesia

Job Purpose The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and monitoring a team of Sales Executives and/or Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets, expand distribution, and strengthen market presence for OtwoO Cosmetics within the assigned territory. This role ensures effective execution in the field, including outlet visits, product sell-out, display compliance, and accurate reporting, while also developing team capabilities through coaching and performance management. Lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Monitor total team sales performance against assigned area targets. Analyze sales gaps and implement corrective action plans. Drive the team to acquire new outlets and increase market coverage.

Monitor expansion activities and identify untapped market opportunities. Strengthen the company’s competitive position within the territory. Ensure Sales Executives and Beauty Advisors conduct daily visits according to company standards.

Monitor route plans, visit productivity, and field discipline. Conduct regular joint visits to provide guidance and support. Increase the number of active outlets versus total outlets in the assigned area.

Reactivate dormant customers and improve order frequency. Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards. Ensure products are actively sold through to end customers.
