Sales Supervisor - Mandarin Speaker (West Kalimantan)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to join PT Transsion Mobile Indonesia . In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with partners and customers in the West Kalimantan area. Proficient in Mandarin and/or English communication. Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies. Provide training, coaching, and motivation to improve team performance and capabilities.

Monitor and report sales performance while identifying areas for improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and sales management within the telecommunications or technology industry.

Strong leadership skills with proven experience in coaching and motivating sales teams. Good understanding of market trends and business dynamics in West Kalimantan . Strong analytical skills with the ability to make strategic business decisions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field .
