Sales Staff - Cikarang - WFO (ID: 699633)

Look for potential clients and develop new business opportunities. Maintain good relationships with existing customers and expand new accounts. Manage existing customer accounts while developing new clients (approximately 50% existing accounts and 50% new business).

Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and promote company products. Prepare quotations and calculate selling prices for customers. Negotiate prices and follow up with customers until orders are confirmed.

Arrange delivery schedules and coordinate with customers and internal departments. Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare sales reports and achieve individual sales targets. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Staff in a manufacturing or trading company .

Experience in B2B sales . Good command of English, both written and spoken. Possess a valid SIM A and be willing to travel for customer visits.
