As a Sales & Retail Operations Staff, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of a cluster of stores, ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining operational excellence. Acting as the bridge between Head Office and store operations, you'll coach Store Supervisors, monitor business performance, safeguard inventory, and ensure every store consistently delivers the best customer experience. You will lead and monitor the performance of assigned stores, conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with SOPs, and identify opportunities to improve revenue, productivity, and store profitability.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Business, Management, Retail Management, or a related field; Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing multiple stores in retail operations, preferably within consumer electronics, modern trade, or specialty retail; Proven experience leading Store Supervisors or Store Managers and driving sales performance across multiple locations; Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, SOP compliance, and store performance management.
