About the role We are seeking Sales Representative to join the dynamic team at PT Lixil Aluminium Indonesia in Surabaya, East Java office. This full-time role is integral to our company's sales strategy, responsible for driving revenue growth and cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing clients. What you'll be doing Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company policies and procedures Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
What we're looking for Prior experience in a sales role is preferred but not mandatory (fresh graduates or career switchers with a strong drive to succeed are welcome to apply!). Experience within the aluminium , construction, or manufacturing industry is a strong plus .
Professional and presentable appearance , well-suited for client-facing and networking environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Highly organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
