This role will play an important role in maintaining a good relationship with our customers and a good collaboration with our distributors.
Tanggung jawab: Visit customers daily to give product detailing, share and review trade programs, check product availability at customers, and assist customers in tracking orders; Coordinate with ASM and exclusive sales of distributors every week; Monitor sales performance, including exclusive sales of distributors, and give guidance and advice to the exclusive sales of distributors to enable them to achieve the target; Responsible for discussing and reviewing the programs with distributors, joining visits with distributors, and checking and updating stocks at distributors; Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales performance and trade programs; Follow-up rewards for customers; Requirements:; Minimum Diploma 3 in any field; At least 4 years of sales experience, with proven exposure to handling outlets, pharmacy (Apotek) channels, GT channels, midwives channels, or local key accounts; Strong familiarity with the assigned territory or respective areas; Location/Base:; Medan, North Sumatera.
