Sales Representative (Chemical)

Adecco is currently partnering with Plastic Manufacturing company looking for a Sales Representative to be placed in Medan to expand the glove (rubber) industry. Requirements Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum 5–10 years of sales experience in chemicals, coatings, silica, silicone products, specialty chemicals, industrial raw materials, or related industries. Strong business development and customer relationship management skills. Good communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. English communication skills

Job Description: Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned market segments. Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, product presentations, and commercial negotiations. Identify customer requirements and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to provide suitable solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
