About the role We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promotion for Rip Curl to join our retail team at Dharma Uluwatu in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales, promoting our Rip Curl product range, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be at the forefront of our retail operation, engaging with customers daily and representing the Rip Curl brand with professionalism and passion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a genuine passion for surfing and lifestyle products.

What you'll be doing Actively promote and sell Rip Curl products to customers, including apparel, wetsuits, surfboards and accessories Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

Maintain product displays and ensure the retail space is clean, organised and visually appealing at all times Assist with stock management, including receiving, pricing and shelving merchandise Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system

Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and drive footfall Stay updated on product knowledge, current collections and promotional campaigns

Support the store team in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously ENGLISH IS A MUST
