Responsible for driving business growth through sales achievement, customer relationship management, and ensuring operational activities are executed efficiently, effectively, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulations. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across various industry sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements with customers. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to support business growth.

Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans. Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Ensure adequate resources are available to support business and operational objectives.

Coordinate distribution, logistics, and operational processes with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor operational performance to ensure compliance with quality, service, cost, and delivery standards. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Resolve operational issues and ensure timely corrective actions. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service. Address customer concerns and complaints effectively to ensure long-term business relationships.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing business operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
