About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Online to join the sales team at Sumber Jaya Multiniaga. This is a full-time position based in Banguntapan, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online sales activities and achieving sales targets through digital channels. You will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and building strong customer relationships in the online sales environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Manage and maintain relationships with online customers through various digital platforms and communication channels Coordinate with marketing teams to promote products and services across online channels Monitor and analyse online sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through online research and digital outreach Assist in the development of online sales materials, product descriptions, and promotional content Handle customer enquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring excellent customer service standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and online sales best practices What we're looking for Proven experience in online sales or sales coordination roles, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment
