RGF HR Agent Indonesia membuka kesempatan berkarir sebagai Sales Marketing Staff di sebuah perusahaan instrumen musik yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam industri penyediaan produk musik dan secara konsisten menjunjung tinggi kepatuhan terhadap hukum pelindungan data pribadi di Indonesia. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab secara menyeluruh terhadap pengembangan dan implementasi strategi pemasaran serta penjualan untuk mencapai target penjualan gitar. Tugas utama meliputi pengelolaan hubungan dengan diler dan distributor, kunjungan rutin ke diler untuk memantau performa pasar, analisis tren kompetitor, hingga perencanaan pameran dan peluncuran produk baru. Selain itu, ruang lingkup pekerjaan mencakup koordinasi demonstrasi produk, pemantauan inventaris bersama departemen terkait, pembuatan laporan penjualan serta perkiraan pasar, dan penanganan pertanyaan pelanggan demi kepuasan optimal. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan tim Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service untuk mendukung pembuatan materi promosi digital serta memastikan standar merek terjaga dengan baik sesuai arahan Sales & Marketing Manager.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve guitar sales targets; Manage and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers; Conduct regular dealer visits to monitor sales performance, product availability, and market conditions; Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities; Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and marketing events; Coordinate product demonstrations and training for dealers and sales representatives; Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with related departments to ensure product availability; Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and market analysis for management review; Handle customer inquiries and resolve product or sales-related issues promptly; Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance; Support the development of sales materials, digital marketing content, and promotional tools for guitar products; Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain brand standards; Perform other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager; Other duties as assigned; Job Requirements:; Bachelor's degree; Conversational English proficiency; At least 1 year of experience as Sales Marketing Staff from any industry or using knowledge in handling any Musical product; Good work ethics, Willing to learn, Polite, Strong communication skills, Customer-oriented, Confident; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia. Tanggung jawab
