We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Retail professional to drive sales growth for our sanitary products through both online and offline channels. The role involves managing sales strategies, analyzing performance data, and ensuring growth across various retail platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies based on market insights, managing e-commerce and marketplace operations, and maintaining strong communication and negotiation with clients to achieve sales targets.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Retail; Experience in sanitary, building materials, interior, furniture, or construction is preferred; Strong understanding of both online and offline sales; Good understanding of e-commerce/marketplace sales and performance analysis; Able to analyze sales data and develop strategies based on insights; Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Target-oriented, proactive, and analytical; Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
