Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Related Field. Minimum 5 years work experiences in Sales and Marketing Property (landed housing/Residential project is preferable) Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Developing the Sales Marketing team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. Able to independently find new leads, process data, and do other administrative work to support their sales. Good Leadership, people management, and Passion to achieve target. Having Good communication skill and persuasive. Familiar with Property market in East of Jakarta. Good understanding about Digital Marketing. Willing to be placed in Metland Residential Project (Jabodetabek area). Job Description : Drive Sales of Residential project. Achieves monthly and quarterly targets set by management and generate ideas for more sales.
