In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 300 organizations in the past six years. Sales & Marketing Leader (SPV)

Responsibilities Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve revenue targets. Create and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

Identify new business opportunities and maximize existing client accounts. Build strong client relationships and improve customer retention. Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and CRM activities.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any major (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related roles. Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
