PT Sinar Cakra Buana is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive – Export & Import to join our growing team. This full-time position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in freight forwarding and international logistics services. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, promoting our export and import solutions, and strengthening PT Sinar Cakra Buana's position in the logistics and shipping industry.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. Identify and acquire new customers for export, import, freight forwarding, customs clearance, trucking, and logistics services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service presentations tailored to customer requirements. Coordinate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote company services. Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pipeline reports through CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets established by management. Provide regular sales performance reports and market feedback to management. Competitive salary and attractive sales incentive scheme.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Export-Import industries.
- Strong understanding of export-import procedures, customs regulations, and international trade documentation.
- Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel for business purposes.
