Sales & Marketing Engineer

PT DMC Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing Engineer to join our team in Jababeka Industrial Estate II, Cikarang. In this role, you will be responsible for developing market opportunities, supporting sales activities, and bridging customer requirements with our Industrial Touch Panel solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, understand customer needs, and contribute to the company's growth through effective marketing and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential market expansion. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales performance.

Prepare technical documents, product presentations, catalogs, and sales tools to support marketing and sales activities. Provide technical support and product-related information to customers and the sales team. Drive sales and business development activities in local and regional markets.

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business decision-making. Prepare sales forecasts, demand and supply analysis, and periodic marketing reports.

Coordinate with internal departments to support product development and customer satisfaction initiatives. Support company promotional activities, including exhibitions, seminars, customer visits, and other marketing events. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required
