About The Company: The working venue is in Surabaya. Our client is a Chemical company. Currently, they are looking for Sales & Marketing Staff (Open for Fresh Graduate)

Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with customers. Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Execute sales negotiations, prepare quotations, and follow up on inquiries. Monitor market prices, raw material trends, competitor activities, and provide periodic reports to management. Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery.

Visit customer sites regularly for relationship building, product discussion, and troubleshooting. Maintain CRM / customer sales data, sales forecasts, and sales achievement reports. Participate in trade exhibitions, seminars, and customer events.
