We are seeking a talented Sales (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team at PT Krakatau Posco in Cilegon, Banten. As a full-time team member, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence by managing relationships with Mandarin-speaking customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional sales support. Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing Engineering or related field preferred). Fluent Chinese both speaking and writing. Proficiency in English or Korean (Spoken and Written) is required. Minimum 3 years experience in steel sales or a related industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of the steel market and products is a plus. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the steel industry. Maintain and develop relations with existing clients. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate steel products. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Provide after-sales support and address customer inquires. Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
