Sales Manager (Pump)

PT. Mitra Wira Pratama is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Pumps) to lead business growth and strengthen customer relationships in the industrial sector. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with experience in the industrial pump industry preferred Strong knowledge of industrial pump products and applications Excellent negotiation, presentation, and commercial understanding

Strategic thinking with strong analytical and sales forecasting skills Experience in customer relationship management and business development Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

Target-oriented, resilient, and able to work under pressure Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new sales opportunities to achieve business targets

Conduct technical discussions and clarify customer requirements to provide the best solutions Prepare, present, and follow up on technical and commercial proposals Lead customer presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
