Sales Manager (Outdoor Sales – Based in Surabaya) – Mandarin Speaking Preferred

We are a newly established company specializing in plastic injection molding machinery from China. To support our growth in Indonesia, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This role is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys building customer relationships and driving business development in a dynamic industry. Job Description: Develop and execute outdoor sales activities to achieve company targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business opportunities. Handle customer enquiries, provide product recommendations, and respond to feedback promptly. Requirement:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in plastic machinery, hardware machinery, CNC, robotics, or automation equipment. Candidates with engineering experience in repairing and servicing plastic injection moulding machinery who are ambitious to grow into sales, are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. Basic English or Chinese proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
