Sales manager in the shop

Responsibilities: · Welcome guests with warmth, help with selections, and create complete looks from different brands within the store. · Work with Moka POS: process payments (cash, QRIS, foreign cards), handle returns, close shifts, and generate reports.

· Receive goods from partners, check quality and quantity against invoices. · Keep displays tidy, maintain visual merchandising, and handle gift wrapping with care. · Manage client database via WhatsApp — stay in touch with regular guests, notify about new collections.

· Support content creation for Instagram (photos/videos with guest permission). Requirements: · 1+ year of experience in fashion retail

· Fluent English — our guests are international. · Experience with POS systems (Moka is a plus). · Guest-oriented mindset — you genuinely enjoy making people feel special.
