Perusahaan bergerak di industri manufaktur flexible packaging yang berfokus pada pengembangan bisnis dan ekspansi pasar secara berkelanjutan. Posisi Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging memegang kendali penuh atas perumusan strategi penjualan, pengembangan bisnis, serta performa tim sales guna mendorong pertumbuhan pendapatan perusahaan. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengelolaan hubungan dengan pelanggan kunci, penentuan harga dan negosiasi komersial, pemantauan tren pasar, serta koordinasi lintas departemen demi memastikan seluruh kebutuhan pelanggan terpenuhi dengan baik.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets; Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities; Lead pricing, quotation, negotiation, and commercial activities with customers; Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and industry developments; Coordinate with related departements teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in the flexible packaging, plastic film, or related manufacturing industry , with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role; Strong understanding of BOPP/BOPET film, flexible packaging, or converting industry is preferred; Strong sales, negotiation, customer relationship, and business development skills; Good command of English , both written and spoken; Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; Target-oriented and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams; Willing to be placed at Kawasan Industri Cikande – Serang, Banten; People with disabilities are welcome to apply.
